About

I build systems that serve humans—never exploit them.

Right now, I'm building MyOrbit. We're not building AI that reacts to your data. We're building AI that resonates with your life.

MyOrbit is your second brain—an AI twin that grows with you, without watching you. It's not a feature. It's a future. Portable. Safe. Human. From personal meaning to planetary scale.

Currently in private beta with early believers.

The Previous Chapter

I founded Golmaal with a tailor, a pattern-master, and a dream. No funding. No ads. Just word-of-mouth—and an obsession with the perfect fit.

We grew to:

  • Multiple retail locations across Mumbai and Delhi, plus e-commerce
  • Exceptional customer retention
  • Zero ad spend

The core insight: fit matters as much as fashion—if not more. We built a sizing algorithm for Indian women—made-to-measure at high-street prices. Customers became evangelists.

We built large-scale manufacturing capabilities and partnered with major brands like River Island, Topman, Baby Phat, and domestically with Westside and Park Avenue.

When off-the-shelf software fell short, I partnered with an ex-IIT engineer. He coded our custom ERP from his living room, using his TV as monitor. That's when I fell in love with technology.

Foundation

At 18, I joined the Merchant Navy. First voyage: Antwerp to Réunion, around the Cape of Good Hope.

I sailed six deployments across five ships. Trained at the Australian Maritime College. Graduated with distinctions in 2000. Earned my Second Mate's license.

The ocean taught me patience, systems thinking, and respect for forces larger than yourself.

The Turn

Tokyo. October 4, 2018. David Ha presented World Models—AI agents that could dream, imagine, and learn in simulated worlds.

That night changed everything.

I joined Machine Learning Tokyo, built prototypes for co-working spaces, and followed OpenAI's evolution closely. The day I saw ChatGPT, I knew: this is the moment.
